Online Classes
Zoom is a fantastic system. It is easy to use and means that you can do yoga with me from anywhere you are in the world.
All you do is:
- Go to ZOOM
- Enter the Meeting ID #
- Enter the Passcode
- These are on the icons at bottom of this page
Each online class has its own Zoom ID and a passcode for improved security.
Thanks for joining in online. Sometimes technology can be a bit bumpy…hang in there if it drops out…or try to rejoin.
Please MUTE yourself so you can relax knowing others won’t hear what is going on at your place.
You can choose to have your camera on or off.
Timetable
- There are 8 online classes to choose from…enjoy!

Online and In-Studio - what is a hybrid class?
All online classes are usually available as an option whilst the in-studio class is being conducted. I call this a Hybrid Class. So you can choose to practice at home on Zoom – effectively joining a live class.
At present, the current state government restrictions prevent face-to-face in-studio classes.
Please ensure you stay on MUTE once the class begins. I’ll have a quick chat with the Zoomers at the beginning of the class. I am using an ear bud microphone so you can hear me online.
Technology can be ‘fussy’ so bear with me if the sound or internet drops out. I usually notice and resolve the issue fairly quickly.
Enjoy yoga from wherever you are!
Do what you can. Make the practice your own by adjusting any postures to suit you. You can have your favourite relaxation music playing or just listen in and follow along. Work at your own pace – make it harder or easier to suit yourself. Use any props you have that might make it more comfortable for you. Invite your friends to join in too!
