Yoga Rebel Studio opened on Sunday 21st June 2020 in beautiful Bonny Hills.

You’ll find the Studio at 5,10 Jungarra Cres, at the Shopping Village, right next to the Medical Center.

It has been my dream to provide a local yoga studio and natural health center in my home area on the stunning Mid North Coast of Australia. I have consolidated all my yoga teaching and naturopathic practices into this one studio. It is a beautiful space for locals to meet and practice yoga and learn about traditional and ancestral health and lifestyle practices.

 

A BOOKING SYSTEM is in place and you can book in right up to start time. 

If you need to cancel – please give at least 2 hours notice. You can do this via the email confirmation link you were sent when you booked in.

PAYMENT

You can pay for a casual class online when you book. Or you can pay In-Studio with cash or card.

$15 casual or buy a CLASS PASS:

You can also attend yoga classes via Zoom. I offer a hybrid in-studio and online experience so that I can continue to serve students both near and far.

Yoga Classes – which one is for you?

Chair Yoga

This class is a great option if you have knee, lower back or mobility challenges. Also, fabulous if you have vertigo, blood pressure issues, low vision.

Thursday 11.00am

Yoga Foundations

This class is a gentle and basic class. Great for beginners. We take things at a slower pace, and focus on breath and mindfulness.

Yoga General

A traditional yoga class that caters to all levels. Choose options to suit you – you can make it harder or easier. Included in this practice is breath awareness, mindfulness and functional movement instruction.

Yoga Gentle

A gentle and slow paced class. Not too hard…just right! Great for beginners or those with injuries or limited mobility.

Half an hour yoga physical practice and then half an hour meditation.
