Sally Anderson-Day
Sally began her yoga journey over 12 years ago when a friend invited her to a yoga class. First finding yoga a challenge, with time Sally found her mind calming and her body becoming stronger in new ways.
As a wife and mother of three children, working fulltime in Sydney wasn’t sustainable. A change was needed and she decided to follow her passion for yoga completing a 400 hour functional hatha yoga teacher training course and more recently an applied anatomy and physiology of yoga course.
Now a new yoga teacher, Sally has taught at community centers and casually at yoga studios. She practices with friends, family and work colleagues sharing her knowledge and love of yoga.
Sally is embracing her yoga journey, eager to keep learning and keen to share with others.
